Together we will compassionately explore your disconnection from your emotions and sensations using various holistic approaches, including depth psychology, somatic awareness and nervous system regulation and intuitive wisdom.
In this individualized container, you will

- Bring awareness to limiting beliefs and patterns of behaviour.
- Attune to the language of your body
- Reduce fear of your emotions or sensations.
- Identify your critical inner voice and learn how it protects you.
- Develop your compassionate inner voice to support you.
- Create practices to regulate your nervous system.
- Cultivate the conditions to experience more joy.
Each week, you will have 1:1 session with Alana Joy and daily texting connection for additional accountability and support.
